These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Atlas Airtable extension (the “Extension”). “You” means the person or entity using the Extension. “We,” “us,” or “Owner” means the project owner identified in the repository.
Open‑source notice. The Extension’s source code is licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL‑2.0). To the extent these Terms conflict with MPL‑2.0 as applied to the source code, MPL‑2.0 controls. These Terms cover your use of the packaged Extension, branding, and any related project sites/services.
You must have an Airtable account and sufficient permissions to install custom extensions. You are responsible for your Airtable account and any activity through it.
You agree not to misuse the Extension, including by:
The Extension runs client‑side inside Airtable and reads data from your base via Airtable’s SDK. The Extension does not send your base data to the Owner’s servers. Map tiles and plugin assets may be fetched from third‑party CDNs/providers (e.g., OpenStreetMap and Leaflet plugin CDNs). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
The Extension depends on third‑party libraries (e.g., Leaflet, Leaflet.markercluster, Leaflet.fullscreen, GestureHandling) and may fetch assets from CDNs. Those components are licensed under their respective open‑source licenses and are provided “as is.” You are responsible for complying with any applicable third‑party terms.
The source code is provided under MPL‑2.0. If you modify MPL‑licensed files and distribute them, you must make those modified files’ source available under MPL‑2.0. New files you add may be under terms of your choice, subject to MPL obligations for MPL files. For clarity, these Terms do not limit rights granted by MPL‑2.0 to the source code.
The Extension is provided without charge by the Owner (unless otherwise stated in writing). Third‑party services (e.g., Airtable, CDNs) may have their own fees.
The Extension is offered without any obligation of support. Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date.
THE EXTENSION AND ALL RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OWNER AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION.
We may suspend or terminate your permission to use the Extension if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Extension. Termination does not affect your rights to the source code under MPL‑2.0, which continues per its terms.
